Helen Serrano, born on March 31, 1944, in Orange, California, to Mike and Lupe Serrano, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, October 2, 2026. Helen was a sweet, caring, and loving person who brought warmth and kindness to those around her. She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt and cherished member of her family. Her gentle heart and caring nature will be remembered by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her beloved son, Steven Garcia, and her siblings, Frank Serrano, Bessie Plygonan, and Linda Garcia, along with many other beloved family members and loved ones. Helen’s kindness, love, and beautiful memories will remain in the hearts of everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished by her family and friends.

  6. Hello Nina I miss you so much. I appreciate everything you would do for me. From sharing your room with me growing up and always making sure I would have something to eat when my mom wouldn’t be around. You always treated me as your own and we would always be the first ones up in the morning talking about what’s going on in the crazy world is something I’m going to miss the most. Growing up I knew I was always gonna be afraid of this day. I just hope to be with you again soon. I love you Nina and please take care of me and the family.
