Today i attended the graveside in Orange for a wonderful Korean family. I arrived early & was greeted by Alexandria from saddleback chapel, to reassure me if I was in the right place. She was so friendly & helpful, I wanted to give her a positive Yelp review. She placed the flowers beautifully & directed other attendees as they arrived. I appreciated she was so kind and professional.

I was attending a friend's mom funeral, this place is beautiful. Huge at the interior. Not several parking, if is a big people attending it will take a while to find parking, there's one way entrance and one way exit, there's some one at the entrance to move cones when you arrive in order to get in. They show you where to put your car, for no blocking others, the lady at the parking was so nice and fast doing her job. The viewing salon has benches, they bring additional chairs if needed. Nice chandeliers, 2 screens to show videos remembering the life of the resting person. A little patio with plants, they have a pulpit so a pastor, etc, can share a sermon. I like this place. And is in tustin close to the freeway.

Everyone was amazing helping us care for my mother. Jim was so helpful going above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly. Even after everything was done Jim helped in getting important documentation to assist with the family trust.

Jim Maslowski from Saddleback Chapel staff was a complete sweetheart, supportive, kind, and compassionate for my Mother's unexpected funeral arrangements and graveside service. He took care of all details and was so helpful. The Chapel is beautiful and comforting and they offer all elements one needs for funerals and end of life services, even dove release at ceremonies. Matthew Sarmiento recently completed my family pre-need arrangements. He is wonderful, professional, and a kind soul as Jim is that you can trust with these important details in life. Although a somber time to endure, Saddleback Chapel truly created a strong foundation of hope and support when most needed. God Bless and a warm thank you.

I was having a horrid experience with the mortuary that I originally went forward with for the sudden passing of my father. The area where they wanted to host his viewing was not what we expected nor what we wanted. Thankfully, I ran into Saddleback Chapel and worked with Randy who made the entire process the smoothest. During the day of his viewing, the entire staff was accommodating and very sweet during this difficult time. Thank you Saddleback Chapel for making my dads viewing memorable and comfortable for me and my family.

My son suddenly past away in June. I didn't know how to plan a funeral. This place helped me from start to finish. The minister David did not even know my son but what he said about him was beautiful and gave me so much comfort. Saddleback accommodated over 200 people at my sons service with Grace and compassion. I had the most wonderful experience at Saddleback Chapel . I had my grandmothers funeral here and I couldn't be happier on how it all turned out . I want to give a special shout-out to Randy the director and Kathy one of the staff members that held the ceremony . They made the whole process super easy and walked me thru everything . When tragedies happen the last thing you want to do is put together this huge event but they were absolutely wonderful ! Going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and also respected all wished and requests . The ceremony was beautiful , thanks again to all the staff at saddleback chapel for making it all possible during these hard times . You are appreciated (:

went in today for step sons funeral service today feb 21st. the staff was very friendly and caring. nice facility and parking was plentifull.overall experience was ten out of ten. would highly recommend this place for friends and familly. would give 6 stars if i could. cheers
