Eight (8) was a special number for us. April 8th, June 8th, November 8th. May your soul rest in peace forever. Love always, Jeanne, Katharine and Joseph
I am truly and deeply saddened to learn that your Jaime has passed on but he was and will always be special to us (Ward, Davon, and I). I remember Jaime as an ever-protective and caring person whenever and wherever we saw him at the family gatherings such as the family novenas or reunions. He was always ready with the pen and paper and/or the body language utilization in order to communicate with the Deaf cousins in law (me, Ward, or Mike) and we did not feel left out thanks to him, you, and the twins. We sincerely thank you for having Jaime in our lives and will always cherish the memories of your Jaime.
Jeanne – this photo dates way back to 1990. We were members of the Hughes Aircraft Image and Signal Processing Lab (ISPL)….. it was a notorious crew of young Engineers and Scientists known for working hard on cutting edge Engineering…. and for partying hard afterwards…. leading to getting kicked out of more than one venue. They came to be known as “The Animal Lab” The photo shown was taken during Charles Channell’s wedding (to wife # 1) on the Queen Mary at which point the various Animal Lab members present had a group photo taken.
Nice. Found evidence of this … a baseball style shirt w/ blue sleeves and “Animal Lab” on the front. “Villacorte” and the no. 3 on the back. He’s kept it all this time … nearly 30 yrs. 🙂
Reminding those whom you support that your thoughts are with them.
