Despite being 34 now, I still remember being rewarded with a trip to McDonald’s—I don’t remember what the reason was, but I remember being so excited! They took me, and I got a Hello Kitty plush that day. It’s such a small memory, but one that has stayed with me all these years.
I didn’t know who she was later in life, but I will always remember the fond memories I had of her and my time at the Learning Bee. May she rest in paradise. ❤️
