Charlie had a smile every time I Knocked on his door. We could talk forever. He had a great sense of humor & I never left without feeling good. He loved his wife and children very much. Our bond was my mother Phyllis Burhenn. She sold Mr. & Mrs. Schiefer their home in the Summerfield’s. When my mother died, Charlie called me and we cried together. He was passionate & loving. My husband, Jack got to know Charlie in the last two years as he was not doing well and found him intriguing. This world is a sad place without Charlie but he is home with our Lord.
