Karen Gilbertson
Karen was born October 29, 1958, in Fargo ND to Vernon and Theresa Gilbertson.
She is survived by her daughter, Misty Bennett (Zach), Grandchildren Destany, Hannah, & Brycen "boy" Bennett, brother Jim Gilbertson (Christina) and nephew Jeremy Yanagida all whom she loved so much. Karen had loving family in North Dakota she was also close to. They were always there for her mother and her family. She loved them all.
Karen loved with her whole heart. She absolutely adored her grandchildren Destany, Hannah, and Brycen and lived for making memories with them. She was a loving owner to her dog and was a loyal friend who never hesitated to lend a hug or a hand. She had a smile that filled a room, laugh that was contagious, and sometimes shocking personality that was one of a kind. She was someone everyone knew, and nobody would forget.
Karen loved listening to loud rock music and lived life in the fast lane. She enjoyed writing letters to family and friends. She had a passion for Harley Davidson's and was anxiously waiting to ride fast with her son in law Zach.
The family would like to thank Christina Guarnero for everything she did for the last few years as a friend of Karen's.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Gilbertson. Her mother, Theresa Gilbertson and her brother Ricky Gilbertson.
She was loved deeply by so many and will be missed by all.

Misty, we have known each other since the second grade I believe and we used to go over to each other’s houses. Your mom was always so nice to me whenever I would come over. She would always ask about my parents when I would talk to her on Facebook. She was a fun person. I know she loved you so much. She was so proud of you and everything that you accomplished in your life.
