Kathleen Leger
Kathleen "Kathy" Gayle Leger, née Kepley was born on April 24, 1949 in Independence, Missouri. She later moved to California where she graduated from Loara High School in Anaheim in 1967. A decade later, on February 12, 1977, she and Raymond Leger were married. The couple had two sons, Kevin Andrew Leger born in 1982 and Brian Christopher Leger born in 1986. Throughout her life, Kathy was an enthusiastic leader of the Cub Scouts for 8 years, a committed data entry employee at Tustin Unified School district for 16 years, a dedicated police volunteer for the Tustin PD since 2001, and a faithful fan of the Anaheim Ducks since 2010. Kathy passed on September 27, 2021 in Santa Ana, CA. She will be remembered as a beloved wife, a loving mother, and a cherished sister. She is survived by her husband Raymond, her sons, Kevin and Brian, her two sisters, Mrs. Dixie Arnold (Fountain Valley) and Mrs. Patricia Ward (Carlsbad), as well as one niece, three nephews, one grand-niece, and five grand-nephews.

I have found memories of Kathy and Ray helping out at the police department. They were both extremely dedicated, hard working, and always friendly and upbeat. I’m so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. She will always be remembered for her constant smile and willingness to do anything to help out.
