Muckenthaler, Norbert V., age 79, a member of one of Orange County's pioneer families, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018. He is survived by his children, Teresa Muchenthaler (Brett) Grauss, Philip (Christine) Muckenthaler and Rosemary Muckenthaler (Anita Castellon); Grandchildren, Blake, Brandt (Cassidy), Brett and Bryson Grauss, Nolan and Meryl Muckenthaler; his brothers, Lawrence Jr., Thomas and Kenneth Muckenthaler; and his sisters, Marylin Bolcer and Nancy Ankeny. Norbert graduated from Fullerton College with a general associate's degree. He then worked 43 years for Rockwell International-Boeing and serviced 40 years supporting the United States Navy's Fleet Ballistic Missile Program in Anaheim. He was a lifelong member to Saint Cecilia Church and gratuitously gave to many charitable organizations. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit and kind soul. Our cherished memories will remain forever in our hearts. Memorial plans are as follows:Wednesday June 27th, Saddleback Chapel - Vigil/Viewing, 220 East Main Street, Tustin, CA. 92780 5:00 - 9:00pm with 7:00pm Rosary. Thursday June 28th @ 10:00 at St. Cecilia's Church, 1311 Sycamore Ave., Tustin, CA. 92780Burial: Holy Sepulcher - Immediately folling church service, 7845 Santiago Canyon Rd., Orange, CA. 92869

    Ron and I will meet you and Tom, Saturday at 8AM at your house. We will leave for the USC game in your car as soon as we can. Lots of Great memories…

    Always a smile from Norbert and he had a gentle way about him.
    You could depend on how he was going to be smiling and calm and enjoyed family events.

    I will miss him dearly but I have nothing but many fond memories and smiles…

    I was just talking to him a couple of weeks ago…
